Your questions, our answers
Can I use someone else's face?
No, only yours. Your face comes in through the studio's guided photo session, never through an uploaded file, and before the camera opens you confirm it is really you and give your consent. A photo can only be used by the person who took it, and you can erase everything at any time. The studio's terms forbid asking for another person's face, celebrities included.
Are the thumbnails labeled as made with AI?
Yes. Every thumbnail you use or download carries a machine-readable label: IPTC metadata and, on the pixels generated by Google, the invisible SynthID watermark. No badge is burned into the image. If your thumbnail realistically shows real people or real events, say it was made with AI wherever you publish it.
Can I use another creator's thumbnail as an example?
Only if you hold the rights or its author agreed, and you confirm it on every import: the easiest is your own thumbnails. A YouTube link is not accepted. The studio takes the style of an example (colors, contrast, layout, text treatment), never its people, logos or text.
Can I add my logo or an object?
Yes. Put them in My logos and objects, then place them on your thumbnail, or on an "Add" zone of an edit. As with examples, you must hold the rights.
Can I download my thumbnails?
Yes, at no cost: any finalized version, edited or not, up to 30 downloads per day. Drafts cannot be downloaded. You can also set it on your Highlight condensed video: it goes out with its YouTube upload.
What if I don't like the result?
Edit it: 2 targeted edits are included in the full thumbnail, and going back to an earlier version is free. A board that delivers no draft is refunded, and a finalize or an edit that fails gives back its right or its Credits.
Which plans can use it?
All of them, Free included. Your first thumbnail is free (one per account and per person, verified, non-disposable email address). Then come your month's included thumbnails (Creator 2, Pro 5, Elite 10), then your Credits. The free trial includes no thumbnail, but the free one works during it. Credits can be bought on a Creator, Pro or Elite plan, free trial included; Credits you already own can also be spent on Free.
