Video production studio, Paris

You receive finished videos. Not software to operate.

StreamClipping is a production studio built on its own editing engine. Brand film, creator style ads, voice over, volume clipping: you approve a brief, we deliver files that are ready to publish.

A reply within 48 business hours. A written quote before any commitment. Invoiced by a French company.

The problem, as we see it

Your problem is not producing more.It is the distance between your brand and the format.

  1. A short video is judged in one second, and this audience decides faster than that. The format that holds is not a shortened commercial. It is a moment that already existed and that somebody went and found.

  2. Your material already exists and sits unused. A four hour live stream, a press conference, a playtest, a podcast, a trade show: it is produced, it is paid for, it is archived, and nobody cuts it up. The production cost of your next piece of content is already spent.

  3. Your brief is not read the way you wrote it. A creator who receives forty pages of brand guidelines applies none of them. What works is the opposite: one short constraint written into the brief, and a 72 hour right of veto that applies to it.

  4. You do not know what you bought. A standard campaign report aggregates impressions and estimated reach. We read views on the connected accounts of the clippers themselves, and we wait 14 days before validating them.

Deliverables

Four things we produce for you.

Every line is a finished deliverable, with a format and a public price floor. None of them asks you to open a piece of software or to recruit anyone.

The brand film

Ninety seconds that explain what you do, edited shot by shot. We produced it for ourselves before we sold it.

Creator style ads

Vertical videos performed by fully generated characters, written and edited by us. You test six hooks without casting six creators.

From €1,200 for a batch of six

What a batch contains

Voice over

A synthetic voice chosen by measurement and edited down to the breath. French and English, with no actor to brief and no studio to book.

From €290 per voice and per language

Our casting protocol

Volume clipping

Your content cut up and published by clippers who are paid on the views actually recorded. The budget is locked and is only released against confirmed views.

Case study

The first film we produced is our own.

90 seconds, 40 shots edited one by one, two voices, a set of 21 checked files. It opens our home page. Watch it before you talk to us: that is the level we deliver.

What came out of the studio, file by file

  • A 1920x1080 master, 30 frames per second, 90 seconds, 40 shots animated one by one.
  • An English master with its own voice, delivered in the same set as the French one.
  • Vertical versions, a 30 second cut, a 15 second bumper, a 12 second silent loop, a 4K master.
  • Three posters taken from the final frames, never from an intermediate render.
  • Separate subtitle files in French and English, aligned on the same timings as the burned in subtitles.
  • Audio normalized to -14 LUFS and -1 dBTP, bt709 color space written into the file itself.
  • An automatic check before delivery: first and last frame compared pixel by pixel, not on average.
Why a specialist and not a generalist agency

We wrote the code that tells a clutch from an end of match screen.

Five details nobody writes in a sales proposal, and that you only learn by getting them wrong.

  1. A lexicon maintained game by game.

Our detection relies on a lexicon written game by game, with a detector aligned on it and a parity test that refuses any divergence. A strong moment in Rocket League does not have the same signature as a strong moment in a podcast, and a thin entry in a lexicon is worse than no entry at all.

  2. A readable screen is not a strong moment.

An end of match screen scores 0.95 for readability in our vision pass, and it is worth nothing. We have a guard dedicated to that single case. A source with no microphone is handled separately, because without a transcript every text based safety net goes inert at the same time.

  3. Vertical framing is not a centered crop.

On gaming footage, the full frame beats the split layout in the large majority of the cases we tested. We did not decide that, we measured it across a matrix of cases before switching the route, and we never switch a live engine without a second measurement.

  4. The examples inside a prompt dictate the output language.

One French example inside an English prompt produces a French title, in all ten languages. It does not show up in testing, and it costs you an international campaign. We paid for that lesson before you did.

  5. The person who answers you has done both jobs.

His personal track record, not our client references: official playtester for Bungie and for Sharkmob, partner creator in the Meta and RED by SFR programs, Paris Games Week 2019. Twitch streamer since 2018, 43,000 followers on Twitch and more than 100,000 across all platforms. None of these companies is a client of the studio.

The technology

The studio is built on an engine we wrote ourselves.

We do not subcontract the editing. Moment detection, reframing, subtitling, publishing and view tracking are our own software, running in production. That is what makes the volume sustainable and the price stable: the machine puts in the hours, we make the calls.

3,708Clips delivered

These views were produced by the engine, on our own accounts and on those of our users. We do not present them as a client result, and we will never promise you a number of views.

The mechanics

Transcription
It runs on our machines, in France: that is how our whole fleet is configured. The subcontracting chain involved in your project is detailed in the quote, and the list of our hosting providers is published in our legal notice.
Models
Every step starts on the model that does it well, with an automatic fallback if the first one fails. No single vendor holds the chain.
Infrastructure
Application server, processing queues and video computing with OVH in France. Database with Supabase in the European Union. Storage and delivery through Cloudflare, website front end with Vercel. Payments through Stripe.
The reach

The product already runs outside France.

This globe lights up the countries the accounts opened on the product come from. It does not say where the videos are watched: we do not measure that, so we do not show it. The figures are counted again in our database every time this page is regenerated, on a fifteen minute cadence, and what you read is the last count that finished. The clipper community is still being built: this is the real count, not a projection.

The counting

Nothing is paid on a declaration.

A budget committed to third party distribution raises one real question: who counts the views, who arbitrates, and where the money sits in the meantime. Here is the answer, mechanism by mechanism.

Read at the source

Every clipper connects their publishing account through OAuth, and the tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. No view is entered by hand, not by them and not by us.

A fourteen day window

A clip is only counted after 14 days, the time the platforms need to remove invalid views themselves. What gets paid is what survived that delay.

Budget locked

The budget is charged and then locked. Nothing leaves it in advance: it is released only at the end of the campaign, against confirmed views alone, once their settling period has passed.

Right of veto

You have 72 hours to refuse a clip that does not respect an instruction written into your brief. A clip refused on that ground is not paid. The other grounds are technical findings we have already made: if you dispute one, the clip comes back to us for review. Without an answer from you, the clip is accepted.

The timeline of a clip

D+0
SubmissionThe clip is published and submitted. We check that it complies, then we notify you: your refusal window opens at that point.
D+3
Veto closesOnce 72 hours have passed since that notification with no answer from you, the clip is accepted.
D+14
Views confirmedThe views that survived the delay are validated. They then enter the calculation of the payment due to the clipper, a payment that is made at the end of the campaign.

These markers run from the publication of the clip, with the compliance check falling in before the notification. The two windows remain nested: the right of veto closes well before a single view is paid.

Method

Four steps, and you open no tool.

The time it costs you fits into one call and two rounds of feedback.

  1. 01

    Scoping call, thirty minutes

One call. You describe the objective, the audience and the brand constraints. We leave with a written brief and a quote. No commitment at this stage.

  2. 02

    You provide the material

Raw footage, product, brand guidelines, and access to your accounts if you want us to publish. The exact list is sent to you after the call, and it does not move afterwards.

  3. 03

    We produce

A first version, then two rounds of feedback included. You comment on a link, not inside an interface you have to learn. Beyond two rounds, we quote before going any further.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Final files, alternate versions, subtitles. You receive them, or we publish for you on your accounts. The scope of the rights transferred is set in the quote.

Pricing

Public floors. A written quote before any commitment.

The three studio services start from a floor, adjusted after the scoping call according to duration, the number of alternate versions and the extent of the rights. Volume clipping keeps its public tiers, identical for everyone.

Brand film

for the 90 second film
From €3,900The 30 second short format on its own: from €1,900.

French master and English master, vertical versions, short cuts, subtitles, posters.

What this line does not promise
  • We do not reconfigure an existing film. What we sell is a complete production.

Creator style ads

for a batch of six videos
From €1,200Batch of twelve videos: from €2,100.

Six written angles, six generated characters, burned in subtitles, a product insert shot on your real interface.

What this line does not promise
  • We sell no real actor, no exclusivity on a face, and no negotiated image rights.

Voice over

per voice and per language
From €290

Measured casting, raw files and one track edited down to the breath. French and English.

What this line does not promise
  • We do not clone the voice of an existing person.

Volume clipping

per campaign
Tiers from €500

The tiers are public and identical for everyone. They are detailed in the form, with the matching budget.

What this line does not promise
  • We promise no number of views, at any tier.

Prices exclude tax. The applicable VAT is determined at the time of payment, according to your country and your status: reverse charge for a business in the European Union that provides a valid intra community VAT number, an invoice without tax for a customer established outside the European Union. Invoiced by a French company. Payment terms are set out in the quote.

What these prices do not include

No guaranteed views, no reach commitment, no numeric performance target. We have a best efforts obligation and we sign it. Nobody can guarantee an audience, and we will not write it on a quote.

Commitments

What we guarantee. And what we will never promise.

We commit to

  • Replying within 48 business hours and issuing a written quote before any commitment.
  • Including two rounds of feedback on every studio deliverable, and quoting before going any further.
  • Disclosing that a video is generated by artificial intelligence when it is, on every platform that provides for that label.
  • Setting out in the quote the exact scope of the rights transferred on the delivered files.
  • Locking the budget of a clipping campaign and releasing it only at the end of the campaign, against confirmed views alone, never in advance.
  • Invoicing from a French company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 107 353 054, VAT number FR65 107 353 054.

The limits we set on ourselves

  • The clips of a clipping campaign stay published on the accounts of the clippers. You buy distribution and the right to share those clips, not ownership of those accounts.
  • The budget of a campaign is fully refundable as long as no clip has been validated. Once the campaign is launched it is firm: charged, locked, then released against confirmed views. If we cancel a campaign on our own initiative, you are refunded the amounts not yet committed to the clippers.

We do not promise

  • A number of views. A clipping campaign is a best efforts obligation. No serious studio can guarantee an audience, and we will not write it on a quote.
  • A network of thousands of clippers. Our community is young and we are still building it. We would rather tell you than inflate a figure you would discover at the first tier.
  • Client logos we do not have. No outside advertiser has authorized us to name them, and no company name will appear here without its written agreement.
  • A deadline we have not measured. The deadline appears on the quote, after the scoping call, never before.
Objections

The questions we get asked before signing.

Who owns the videos you deliver?

Studio deliverables are transferred to you on delivery, for commercial use on your own channels. The clips of a clipping campaign stay published on the accounts of the clippers: you buy distribution and the right to share them. The exact scope is set in the quote.

Do your ads use real actors?

No, and that is deliberate. The characters are fully generated. So there are no image rights to negotiate, no exclusivity to buy, and no risk of a face turning up at a competitor the following month. We disclose artificial intelligence generation on the platforms that provide for that label.

Are your voice overs cloned from a real person?

No. We use library voices whose commercial use is licensed, or voices generated from a description. We have not cloned any reference voice, and we will not offer it without a written consent framework from the person concerned.

How many clippers will you mobilize?

We do not sell a number of clippers. We open the campaign to the catalog and you pay for the views actually recorded. Our community is still being built: if your objective requires immediate volume, say so on the scoping call and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right provider.

Can a clipper publish something that damages the brand?

Every clip goes through a compliance check before payment, then you have 72 hours to refuse one that does not respect an instruction written into your brief. A clip refused on that ground is not paid. The other grounds for refusal are technical findings we have already made: if you dispute one, the clip comes back to us for review. The brand rules you set in the brief are binding on the clipper.

What do you do with our data?

The application server, the processing queues and the video computing are with OVH in France. The database is with Supabase in the European Union, storage and delivery are with Cloudflare, and the website front end is with Vercel. Payments go through Stripe. Transcription runs on our machines, in France: that is how our whole fleet is configured. The full list of our hosting providers is published in our legal notice.

Do you have client references?

No outside advertiser we can name yet, and we would rather tell you here than let you find out later. What we can show: our own film, our own ads, and the production figures of the platform. Ask us for a source from your own content, that is the only reference worth anything.

Can you guarantee a number of views?

No. We sell a counting mechanism and a best efforts obligation, not an audience. A provider who guarantees you a view count is selling you either a disguised estimate or bought traffic.

How do you invoice?

From a French company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register. Displayed prices exclude tax; the applicable VAT depends on your country and your status, with reverse charge for a business in the European Union that provides a valid intra community VAT number. Payment terms, the schedule and the references your procurement team needs are set in the quote.
